Reminds me of when I was a pre-teen, living in Indianapolis. In the summer time, we used to get huge thunderstorms, that turned the sky so black, that the street lights came on. They dumped copious amounts of rain. So much rain in fact, that the storm sewers in the neighborhood would back up, and the streets in our subdivision would flood, halfway up into everyone's yard. Once the storm passed, and there was no more threat from lightening, all of us kids would emerge from our sanctuaries, and play in the little rivers, flowing down our streets.
Just a woman who is trying to appreciate every waking moment of my life knowing that our life doesn't last forever. I love spending time with my family, photography, hiking, blogging, singing, playing guitar, and all things social.

Nice pics, as usual, Lori! :)

Love the one of water "outside" the pool, my kind of irony. And the colourless ones but that is just me.
